During the past several weeks there has been a lot of speculation about the 2011 draft. The Browns are certainly in a good situation with the number six pick in the first round and there will undoubtedly be several top players available to them. They do need help at every position (except special teams). Many of the Browns’ defensive starters from the Mangini era are gone, and the team needs young talent on the defensive side of the ball. If the Browns truly want to improve their offense, they should draft a wide receiver. The Browns have a great collection of possession receivers, but no game-breaking threats that can stretch the field.
But what Mike Holmgren and staff have in mind is, for the time being, anyone's guess and my crystal ball just doesn't know.
I will continue to keep you posted with the latest rumors and speculation from the "experts".
