The Game Every Browns Fan Wants To Forget

The 1986 Browns finished 12-4, and would've been in the Super Bowl if it weren't for this little playoff game later dubbed "The Drive."
Young quarterback Bernie Kosar threw for 3,854 in the regular season and broke the "curse" of Three Rivers Stadium. The Browns beat Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh for the first time since the Steelers began playing at Three Rivers.
The Browns then beat the Jets in the AFC Divisional Round in a double-overtime playoff game before falling victim to John Elway, "The Drive," and a Rich Karlis kick that anyone who isn't a Broncos fan can see went wide right in the AFC Championship Game.
