Despite the NFL's lockout, some Browns players have been engaging in football activities this week in Berea.
But they haven't been at the Browns' headquarters. They have been just around the corner at Baldwin-Wallace College.
Browns quarterback Colt McCoy and some of his teammates met at Baldwin-Wallace on Tuesday and gathered again Wednesday to study film, said a source with knowledge of the situation. Wide receiver Greg Little, whom the Browns recently drafted in the second round (59th overall pick), was among those in attendance, the source said.
Last month, McCoy and several of his teammates, including wide receivers Joshua Cribbs, Mohamed Massaquoi, Brian Robiskie, Carlton Mitchell, Jordan Norwood and running back Peyton Hillis, worked out together and bonded in Austin, Texas. McCoy organized the meeting, so his teammates dubbed it ''Camp Colt.''
If the lockout is still in effect for the next week or so, ''Camp Colt'' could be held at Kent State University. Cribbs has been in contact with his alma mater about the possibility of using its facilities in mid-May.
