Browns president Mike Holmgren insists No. 59 pick Greg Little can be the "homerun hitter" Holmgren spoke of needing before the draft.
"In Little, I think you're going to be pleasantly surprised if you don't know him very well. He's a young man who has a tremendous upside," Holmgren said.
Little was ranked as the third overall wide receiver entering the draft, according to the NFL Draft Bible. Standing in at nearly 6’3, 225 pounds and running a 4.53 forty, these are rare measureables that give Holmgren and Co. every reason to be excited.
With a pretty much depleted wide receiver core, Little could quite possibly emerge as their No. 1 wide out. In fact, keep an eye on last year’s fourth round pick Carlton Mitchell as well for that matter, they could be the starting duo in Cleveland when football resumes.
